HIGH TEMPO & COMPETE HOCKEY SCHOOL

• Designed by Coach Glenn to Develop and Strengthen each Player’s Drive & Compete Game Play
• An Intense and Challenging School Coached at a Level which will require Extra Discipline and Stamina on each Player’s Part.
• The School will Encourage Players to Think in Fast Paced Game like Situations so they can help their Team WIN
• The Sessions are all about SPEED & TEMPO to set up Scoring Opportunities

• Winning One-on-One battles, Battle for Puck Possession in all Areas of Ice, Competing
• Determined Defensive & Offensive Positioning, Strong Back/Forechecking
• Out-Hustling Competition, Strong Work Ethic and Determination
• Giving and Taking Contact, Degree of Force, Personal and Opponent Safety Concerns
• Forehand/backhand, Wrist, Snap. Slapshot
• Stickhandling, Deking, Toe Drag, Puck Protection
• Give and Go Passing, Shooting to Score

SPEED SKATING TECHNIQUES

• Advanced Acceleration and Maximum Speed Skating Explosiveness
• High Speed Forward and Backward Transitioning
• Endurance, Aerobics and Stamina Building

THE SESSIONS WILL BE TAUGHT AND THE PLAYERS WILL BE DIVIDED BY APPROPRIATE SKILL AND EXPERIENCE LEVELS WHEN REQUIRED. EACH PLAYER WILL BE TOTALLY READY FOR UPCOMING TRYOUTS AND THE REGULAR SEASON.
