HIGH SPEED SKATING, SKATING AND MORE

This PEHS Skating Program focuses on Speed, Balance, Control and Agility Skills and components of European Power and Speed Training. Skating Skills, Techniques and Performance Drills are taught in a progressive format by Coach Glenn and his Nationally Certified Coaches

DYNAMITE PUCK, STICK AND GAME PLAY SKILLS

Our PEHS Combo Camp includes Puck Handling skills, essential in hockey, enable the player to control the puck and the offensive side of the Game. Skating with Speed another critical component of Game Play enables a player to move quickly and efficiently on the ice, get into position for shots, passes, and Defensive and Offensive plays. Small area games are an excellent way to practice both Puck Handling, Speed Skating Skills, Stickhandling and Hockey in Game-like settings. Overall, by focusing on the Basic Skills of Hockey using Small-area Games PEHS will have each player TOTALLY ready for the upcoming Regular Season.

THE PLAYERS (FULL ICE SURFACE USED) WILL BE TAUGHT AND WILL BE DIVIDED BY APPROPRIATE SKILL AND EXPERIENCE LEVELS WHEN REQUIRED. EACH PLAYER WILL BE TOTALLY READY FOR UPCOMING REGULAR SEASON.
