- Dramatically Improve Power Skating/Edge Control/Mechanics and Techniques
- Accelerate Speed, Mobility, Agility, and Quickness with Intense Interval Sprints
- Increase Aerobics and Endurance On-Ice, Achieve Increased On-Ice Work Ethic
- Intensify Determination, Checking and Puck Battling Skills
- Work to Upgrade Shooting, Scoring, Stickhandling, Passing and IN SEASON GAME PLAY TECHNIQUES
ADVANCED GAME PLAY/COMPETE SESSION (Age Appropriate)
- Offensive Zone Tactics: Forechecking/Backchecking, Body Positioning, Passing, Winning battles, Shooting, Scoring
- Defensive Zone Tactics: DeterminedDefensive Positioning, Strong Angling, Puck Protection and Competition
- Body Contact, Battle/Compete, Determination, Small Games
